The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with stove and cookware, oven, microwave, water heater and toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
You will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed, the second room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and two single beds.

The house is placed in the heart of the Desenzano del Garda hold town, overlooking the charming old harbor with sweeping views of the lake, close to all the best attractions the city has to offer.
You will find the minimarket and 50 metres the same distance for bus stop and boat docks, there are near the bar and tobacco shop, the house is 50 meters from the lake and beach is very close. The private parking in a garage is at your disposal at 300 meters on request.

Some information about check in and check out:
The house is located in the historical center restricted traffic, to check in, you can reach the apartment by car only from 14:00 to 16:00 pm. At other times you have to park in the nearby parking in Piazza Cappelletti only 30 meters away, unload baggage then move the car to the car park if you reserved it.
About the check-out you can get under the house with the car from 8:00 to 10:00 am so you are more comfortable to load the bags.
